Richard Zamora has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design and construction management of numerous transportation projects involving schematic development and geometric design, plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), hydrologic and hydraulic studies, pavement design, signing, striping, and construction administration/ management of both urban and rural freeway facilities. Prior to joining Dannenbaum, he spent 12 years with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Pharr District in the Plan Review Section and Consultant Management Section as well as served as the District Hydraulics Coordinator. Richard’s noteworthy projects include Program Management Consultant (PMC) for the TxDOT El Paso District; US 83 Schematic Design in Harlingen; US 77/83 Schematic Design in Brownsville; Holly Road Storm Drainage Analysis and Design in Corpus Christi; and FM 2128 PS&E Design in Pharr. Richard joined Dannenbaum in 2009 as a Vice President and Program Manager, and serves as a Senior Transportation Project Manager in the South Texas Region and along the Texas/Mexico Border.
