Steve Sheldon has 15 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in the area of residential and commercial land development projects involving grading, storm drainage, street design, sanitary sewer design, water quality management, and railroad design. In addition, Steve has been involved extensively in the design of pump stations, water distribution systems, surveying and platting, earthwork calculations, feasibility studies, construction cost estimating, bond issues and engineering reports for Municipal Utility District (MUD) creation. His projects include the Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg; Cypress Mill Development in Northwest Harris County; Bay Colony Pointe Development in League City; The Commons of Lake Houston in Houston; and the South Hampton Development in Pearland. Steve joined Dannenbaum in 1998 and serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Land Development Division.
