Richard Seitz has 47 years of engineering, design, and construction management experience primarily in transportation and major infrastructure projects. His qualifications include planning, traffic engineering, major and minor roadways and highways, simple and complex (multi-level) interchanges, mass transit, railroad, and port and airport facilities, including runways, aprons and public infrastructure projects. Richard’s projects include Hempstead Highway in Harris County; Hidalgo County Outer Loop; Anzalduas International Bridge from McAllen to Reynosa, Mexico; Sam Houston Tollway South at SH 288 in Houston; 37-Mile Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 (HCDD1)/U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Rio Grande River Levee Improvement Project in Hidalgo County; Major Taxiway and Apron Projects at Intercontinental Airport in Houston; City of El Paso Water Treatment Plant in El Paso; and City of McAllen Wastewater Treatment Plant in McAllen. Richard joined Dannenbaum in 1996 and serves as a Senior Project Manager for transportation and major infrastructure projects throughout the State.
