David has over 44 years of experience in major transportation, public works and transit projects. He has been instrumental in the planning, design and construction management of many major public infrastructure, rail and toll projects across the country, reaching from Texas to Connecticut, Florida to California. Prior to joining Dannenbaum, he worked in the areas of goods movement, transit, program management and highway design. David’s experience includes such noteworthy Texas projects as Program Management for the Beltway 8 Ship Channel Bridge Replacement in Harris County; Program Management for the Barbours Cut Terminal Expansion at the Port of Houston; Program Management for the IH 10/Katy Freeway Reconstruction Program in Houston; FM 1093 Westpark Toll Road Extension in Fort Bend County; and Sam Houston East Toll Road Construction Management in Harris County. He also oversaw the highly acclaimed $2.3 billion Alameda Highway and Rail Corridor Project from Los Angeles to Long Beach, California. David joined Dannenbaum in 2008 as a Vice President and serves as one of Dannenbaum’s Principal Program Managers.
