Carl McConnell has over 34 years of experience in civil engineering, primarily in the fields of water treatment, storage and transmission systems, and sanitary and storm sewer facility planning and design. He has extensive expertise in the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for water wells, water lines, ground and elevated water storage tanks, treatment plant systems, pump stations and sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, lift stations and sewage treatment facilities. His project experience includes the New 30th Street Pump Station for the City of Galveston; West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) Pump Station No. 1 in Harris County; Jamaica Beach 2 MG Elevated Storage Tank and Pump Station in Galveston; 24-Inch Water Line and 2 MG Elevated Water Storage Tank in League City; and the North Harris County Regional Water Authority (NHCRWA) 60-Inch, 54-Inch and 48-Inch Water Lines in Harris County. Carl joined Dannenbaum in 1998, is the Deputy Manager of the Public Works Division, and serves as a Senior Public Works Project Manager.
