Larry Marr serves as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for transportation and major infrastructure projects. Larry has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering for transportation, municipal, commercial, industrial, petrochemical, and manufacturing projects in North and South America and in Saudi Arabia. His project experience includes both urban and rural transportation facilities; airport, railroad, and near-shore and off-shore marine facilities; and municipal, industrial, and hazardous waste storage and handling facilities. His background qualifications include foundation analysis and design; earth structures and excavations; pavement design; construction materials engineering and testing; instrumentation, in-situ testing, and ground improvement for unusual and marginal soils; building/ earthwork distress evaluation; and slope stability analysis and design. Larry’s projects include FM 1409 Program Management in Chambers County; FM 646 North and FM 646 South Program Management in Galveston County; Main Street in Galena Park; Port Road Improvements at the Bayport Terminal for the Port of Houston; San Felipe Road Improvements in Houston; and Stewart Road, Jones Road and 81st Street in Galveston. Larry joined the firm in 1995 and is one of Dannenbaum’s Principal Program Managers and Senior Project Managers.
