Tom Darnold has over 31 years of experience in transportation engineering studies, design, field services and project management for large infrastructure projects. His background includes project procurement and alternate project delivery methods, transportation planning, major investment and environmental studies, and highway, rail and aviation infrastructure improvements such as tollways, managed lanes, freeway and arterial street operations and intelligent transportation and signal systems. His projects include the Hempstead Tollway Managed Lanes General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Program Management in Harris County; SH 121/SW Parkway and Chisholm Trail Parkway Toll Road Design Build Project in Tarrant/Johnson Counties; US 181 Harbor Bridge in Corpus Christi; and the Grand Parkway (SH 99) Design-Build Toll Road Project (Segment F-1) in Harris and Montgomery Counties. Tom joined Dannenbaum in 2008 and serves as a Program Manager for transportation and major infrastructure projects across the State.
