R.T. Brown has over 40 years of professional land surveying experience. His extensive qualifications include right-of-way surveying, right-of-way strip maps, title research, establishing boundary locations, topographic surveying; layout and construction staking, static networks, RTK surveys, setting primary and secondary control, drainage cross-sections and profile, land development staking and as-builts, preparation of plats and digitized maps in compliance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) standards, and review of abstracts and title policies. R.T. is well versed in boundary law, cadastral mapping, photogrammetry and spatial information. He is highly knowledgeable in the use of MicroStation, GeoPak, GPS, and Static and RTK Processing. His project experience includes such projects as the FM 1409 Pass Through Project in Chambers County; FM 646 North and FM 646 South in Galveston County; On-Call Work Authorization Contracts for TxDOT Houston, Fort Worth, Wichita Falls, Waco, Brownwood and El Paso Districts; 120 MGD El Pico Water Treatment Plant in Laredo; West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA) Pump Station No. 1 in Harris County; Anzalduas International Bridge from McAllen, Texas into Reynosa, Mexico; US 83: Zapata/Webb County Line to Loma Blanca Road in Pharr; Hardy Toll Road Downtown Connector in Houston; and US 67 (Dublin Loop) in Erath County, Texas. R.T. joined Dannenbaum in 1972, has been a Registered Professional Land Surveyor since 1981, and is Manager of the Survey Division.
